Agency dashboard 5 creators · 12,400 fans $

An agency-mode platform is one where a single operator manages multiple creator accounts, employs chatters to handle DMs, takes a configurable cut of each creator's earnings, and gets a cross-creator dashboard view. OfEngine ships this as the Enterprise tier — every piece you need to run a 5-to-80-creator operation: revenue split with creator-controlled commission proposals, role-based staff permissions with an audit trail, a unified DM inbox, one-click account switching for chatters, cross-creator analytics, and email-based creator onboarding with KYC.

What agency mode includes at a glance

5-50% Configurable commission per creator
Unified inbox One screen, every creator's DMs
Audit trail Every staff action logged
Role-based Admin, chatter, finance, content

The 7 things agency mode does

Configurable revenue split

Each creator can be on a different commission rate. Set once, applies to every transaction automatically.

  • 5 to 50% range (admin-configurable bounds)
  • Per-creator, per-content-type, or platform-wide default
  • Applied after the platform fee — not on top of it
  • Visible to creator on every transaction breakdown

Email-based creator invites + KYC

Send a creator an invite by email. They click, sign up, pass KYC, and they're under your agency's roof.

  • Branded invite email with your agency's name
  • KYC verification flow (ID + selfie) before earnings
  • One-time invite link (no reuse)
  • Track invite status: sent, opened, signed up, verified

Unified DM inbox

Chatters reply to fan messages across every creator from one screen. Pick a creator from the sidebar, read + reply, move on.

  • Per-creator unread counts in the sidebar
  • Filter by fan-spend tier, last-active, has-PPV-locked
  • Templated replies + scripts shared across creators
  • Every send recorded against the chatter's audit log

Role-based staff permissions

Build roles like "Day chatter", "Night chatter", "Finance manager". Each role has fine-grained permissions.

  • 20+ permissions: read DMs, send DMs, send PPV, set price, see wallet, change settings, manage other staff
  • Roles assignable per creator (chatter A on creator 1+3 only)
  • Revoke access in one click — past audit trail kept
  • Per-staff IP allowlist (optional)

One-click account switching

Chatter starts as themselves, picks a creator from the dropdown, and is now operating that creator's account end-to-end. Switch back instantly.

  • No password reuse — scoped session token per switch
  • "Acting as" badge in admin so confusion is impossible
  • Switch persistent across tabs until manually swapped
  • Every action attributed to the chatter, not the creator

Cross-creator analytics

A single dashboard showing revenue, growth, retention, and chatter performance across every creator.

  • Revenue by creator + by content type + by gateway
  • Top earners + biggest movers week-over-week
  • Chatter scoreboards: messages sent, PPVs unlocked, $/hour
  • Cohort retention curves per creator (1mo, 3mo, 6mo)

Commission proposals

Want to raise a creator's commission rate? Send them a proposal — they accept or reject. Both sides sign off so no surprise changes.

  • Effective-date controlled (next pay period, not retroactive)
  • Creator sees old % + new % + projected $ impact
  • Full proposal history kept as legal record
  • Same flow used for the inverse: creator asks to lower

How the revenue split actually flows

The split is deterministic — every transaction shows the math to all three parties (fan, creator, agency). Here's $10 from a fan to a creator on a 30% agency cut:

Fan pays $10 PPV unlock 1. Gross Platform fee (20% admin-set) $2.00 → platform owner 2. Platform takes 20% Agency cut (30% of $8 net) $2.40 → agency wallet 3. Agency takes 30% Creator earnings (what hits wallet) $5.60 → creator wallet 4. Creator keeps 56%

Fan paid $10. Platform took $2. Agency took $2.40 of the creator's $8 net. Creator banked $5.60. Per-creator rates configurable in admin → Agency → Commission rates.

The unified DM inbox

One screen, every creator's fan messages. A chatter switches between creators from the sidebar like switching channels. The example below: a chatter is currently replying for Mia while Aria has 4 unread:

Aria

Zara

Kai
Sage

hey gorgeous, missed your last drop 💕
aww thank u baby 🥰 want me to send it to you?

just $18 for the full set — it's worth it 😘

Role permissions — who can do what

Build any role you want from 20+ permission flags. Here's the default set most agencies use:

Permission Admin Chatter Finance Content
Read DMs··
Send DMs··
Send PPV (price-limited)··
Upload posts / vault··
See wallet balance··
Request payout··
Change subscription price···
Manage other staff···
See analytics·
Schedule posts + stories··

Roles can be assigned per creator — Ana can chat for Aria + Mia but not Zara. Permissions can be temporary (auto-expire after a date) or IP-allowlisted for extra security. Every action goes to the audit log with the staff member, IP, and timestamp.

What protects the creator

The biggest fear of joining an agency is getting locked in. OfEngine's agency mode is built so creators can leave without losing what they built:

  • Creator owns the account. Login, content, fan list — all theirs from day one. Agency has scoped access via role-based staff, never owns the account itself.
  • Commission changes require creator sign-off. Agency can't unilaterally raise the cut. Commission proposals must be accepted; both sides sign and the change applies at the next pay period, not retroactively.
  • One-click leave. Creator hits "Leave agency" — agency keeps historical earnings, stops earning on future ones. Account continues operating on the same platform.
  • Audit trail is creator-readable. Creator sees every chatter action: who sent what message, when, from which IP. Disputes are settled with evidence, not he-said-she-said.
  • Data export. Creator can export their full fan list, transaction history, and content library at any time (GDPR-style data dump). No lock-in.

Frequently asked

What is agency mode on a creator platform?

One operator (the agency) manages multiple creator accounts on a single platform: onboarding, configurable revenue split, role-based staff (chatters), cross-creator analytics. Creators own their account and can leave with their fan list.

How does the revenue split actually work?

Fan pays $10. Platform fee (20%) comes off first = $8 creator net. Agency's commission (5-50%, configurable) is taken from the $8 net. At 30% agency cut: agency gets $2.40, creator keeps $5.60. All three sides see the breakdown on every transaction.

Can chatters handle DMs without compromising the creator's account?

Yes. Unified inbox + role-based permissions + tamper-evident audit trail. Every staff action logged with name, IP, timestamp. Creator revokes access in one click and sees exactly what was sent on their behalf.

Can a creator leave the agency and take their fans?

Yes — that's the point. Creator owns account + content + fan list. Leaving stops future agency earnings but keeps historical earnings. Creator continues on the same platform without the agency cut, or exports data and moves elsewhere.

How many creators can one agency manage?

No hard limit. Today's OfEngine agencies range from 3 to 80+ creators. Practical ceiling is your staffing and platform scaling — solid through 50,000+ active subscriptions per platform. Scale VPS and storage beyond that.

Is agency mode included in the standard OfEngine license?

Full agency mode ships in OfEngine Enterprise. Business tier ($3,000) has team management + role-based staff but no multi-creator agency dashboards or revenue split. Enterprise is custom-priced — contact sales@now2code.com.

Building a multi-creator agency?
