Will my payment processor terminate my account on OfEngine? (adult content)
Not if you use the right one. The fear here is real for legacy scripts because they only ship Stripe/PayPal integration, and those gateways will freeze adult-content accounts. OfEngine ships native integrations with the adult-industry processors — CCBill, NetBilling, and crypto via NowPayments — that are built specifically for high-risk merchants and won't terminate your account for explicit content. Do I need offshore or DMCA-ignored hosting for OfEngine?
No, in most cases. The "you need offshore hosting" advice usually surrounds older clone scripts hosted on AWS or DigitalOcean, where strict Acceptable Use Policies + DMCA enforcement become a real risk. OfEngine runs on any standard Linux VPS — and the providers we recommend (Hetzner, OVH, Contabo) are generally adult-tolerant for lawful adult content.
