Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to every purchase of an OFEngine license. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to them.
1. What you are buying
OFEngine is a one-time, self-hosted software license — you host it on your own server and own your data. Each purchase covers one production domain; staging. and dev. subdomains of that domain are included free. What ships depends on the plan:
- Regular — compiled application (ready to run). Backend source included; frontend ships compiled.
- Pro & Business — full application including the editable frontend source code and the build toolchain.
2. Refund policy
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days from the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Within that 3-day window, we will issue a refund if the script genuinely does not fit your use case, or if it has a defect we are unable to resolve for you.
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made more than 3 days after purchase.
- “Changed my mind” / “no longer needed” purchases — because source-code products are easy to copy, this cannot be refunded.
- Purchases where the full source code (Pro/Business) has already been downloaded.
- Issues caused by your hosting environment, third-party services, or unauthorised modifications, where the core software itself works as intended.
To request a refund, email sales@now2code.com from your purchase email with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
3. License & usage
- One license = one production domain. Additional domains require additional licenses.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the source code or build.
- Lifetime updates for the plan you purchased are included.
- The license is validated against your domain; a license found to be shared, resold, or tampered with may be revoked without refund.
4. Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first — we resolve almost everything by email. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support will result in immediate termination of the associated license and forfeiture of updates and support.
