These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase of an OFEngine license and your use of ofengine.com. By placing an order (including via WhatsApp checkout) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to them.

1. Who we are

OFEngine is a self-hosted creator-platform software product sold by Now2Code / OFEngine (“we”, “us”). Contact: sales@now2code.com or WhatsApp +44 7917 469818.

2. What you are buying

OFEngine is a one-time, self-hosted software license. You install and run it on your own server and own your platform data. Each purchase covers one production domain; staging. and dev. subdomains of that domain are included free. What ships depends on the plan:

Regular ($300) — ready-to-run application. Backend source included; frontend ships compiled.
Pro ($1,500) — full application including editable frontend source and build toolchain, plus Pro feature set.
Business ($3,000) — Pro features plus Business-tier capabilities as described on the pricing page at time of purchase.

Enterprise / custom packages are agreed separately in writing.

3. Ordering & payment

Orders may be started on ofengine.com and completed via WhatsApp (or email) with our sales team. Payment instructions are provided after you confirm the plan, your name, and your email. Your license is delivered after payment is confirmed. Prices shown are one-time license fees unless otherwise stated; hosting, domains, and payment-gateway fees are your responsibility.

4. Refund policy

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days from the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Within that window we will refund if the script genuinely does not fit your use case, or if it has a defect we cannot resolve for you.

Refunds are not available for:

Requests made more than 3 days after purchase
“Changed my mind” / “no longer needed” purchases (source-code products are easy to copy)
Purchases where full source (Pro/Business) has already been downloaded
Issues caused by your hosting, third-party services, or unauthorised modifications, where the core software works as intended

5. License & usage

One license = one production domain. Extra domains need extra licenses.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the source code or build.
Lifetime updates for the plan you purchased are included as described at purchase.
The license is validated against your domain; a license found shared, resold, or tampered with may be revoked without refund.

6. Support

Support levels depend on your plan (self-service, free install, priority, or dedicated). Support covers installation guidance and defects in the product as shipped. It does not cover custom development, third-party theme/plugin work, or issues from modifications you make outside our guidance.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

Contact us first — we resolve almost everything by email or WhatsApp. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may result in immediate termination of the associated license and forfeiture of updates and support.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse ofengine.com (including scraping, attacking, or attempting to bypass license or checkout systems). Adult-platform operators remain responsible for complying with laws in their jurisdiction (age verification, content, payments, data protection).

9. Limitation of liability

OFEngine is provided as software you self-host. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the software or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that license.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued purchases after an update mean you accept the revised Terms for that purchase.

12. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance box at checkout and completing (or requesting) payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
