Your license key
Section titled “Your license key”After purchase you receive an email with your license key (format OFE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and your customer portal login. Keep both somewhere safe.
Activation and domain binding
Section titled “Activation and domain binding”You activate the key in the installer’s License step. On first activation, the license binds to that domain. One license covers one production domain.
- To run a second site, buy a second license.
- To move your site to a new domain, email support@ofengine.com with your license key, the old domain and the new domain. We’ll release the binding so you can activate on the new one.
The customer portal
Section titled “The customer portal”Sign in at license.ofengine.com/customer/login to:
- Download your package and updates
- See your license status and bound domain
- Open support tickets
You’ll be asked to change the temporary password from your purchase email the first time you sign in. If you’ve lost it, use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
When a license stops working
Section titled “When a license stops working”A license is disabled if its payment is refunded or charged back, or if it’s found shared, resold or tampered with. See the Terms. If you think your license was disabled by mistake, contact support@ofengine.com.
